Almost all followers of Jesus own a Bible, whether they read or not. Even non-christians own Bibles and they read it as a book of philosophy. In olden days people are not aware of it, but they followed the ways of Christ. Now people read BIBLE, but they don't follow it in lives.

Well, it is considered the top selling book of all time. So, a good number of people have bought and probably still own a Bible. Not including ones sold at yard sales or other things like that. It is probably the same as the number of people that are part of the Christian faith in the US.
