How long is it safe to work outside in 80 degree weather without taking a break?

I do not want to get hurt or put my workers in jeopardy.

This varies depending on the health of workers and the type of work. The American Heart Association recommends slowing the pace at 70 degrees. Encourage breaks, hydration, and monitor.

For 80 degrees Fahrenheit, there is no limit as long one can work outside as long as rest breaks and meal breaks are given. Limits on working outside only come into effect over 90 degrees or 100 degrees, depending on what state the work is being done in. Do ensure adequate hydration.

I would consult the chamber of commerce, better business bureau, or even a doctor to get advice about this. You should also give your workers plenty of water.
