Depending on thickness, pork chops do not need much cooking time. Very thin ones only need 6-8 minutes. Also remember that meat continues to cook for a few minutes after it has been removed from heat. Use a meat thermometer. Pork should reach an internal temperature of 160-170 degrees.

Thinly sliced pork chops get baked in 25 minutes while those which are thicker than 1 inch takes 40 minutes at 375 degrees.

Depends on the thickness but approximately eight minutes per side because they still cook for an extra five minutes or so after you remove them from the heat.
