It is really hard to answer your question because every woman is different. It really depends on your body and chemistry as to how long it will take for you to become pregnant once stopping your birth control. However, like most birth controls, usually you can get pregnant within 3 months after having stopped taking them.

Sometimes after stopping birth control, it might take a little while for you to get pregnant. However, you will probably ovulate anywhere from two to six weeks after stopping birth control. You can get pregnant any time once that happens!

It can take the amount of time you were on it until you can get pregnant. If you took for a year, it might take another year after stopping it.

The standard advice from family practitioners is to have 3 normal cycles before trying to get pregnant. Not to say it isn't possible earlier, but by waiting you will allow the uterine lining to recover to its normal thickness and have fewer risks of complications.

Once the birth control stops you can get pregnant as soon as you ovulate for the first time off the pill. It's advisable to wait a few months to make sure the pill is fully out of your system before trying for kids.
