Yeasts have what is known as pseudohyphae while mold has true hyphae. Yeast is frail and has no real connection between cells.

the structure does differ since it is a bacteria,it does not have any fixed forms so it keep varying to its need,it just floats and can merge with other bacteria and is different from other molds in the way that it can adapt to any climatic conditions to its needs.
