How is AT&T's customer service?

Would you recommend the company based on this?

In my experience the customer service at AT&T is not very good at all. The operators seem to havean arogance about themselves, and I have not personally enjoyed calling them. Some may have different experiences but for the most part AT&T doesn't seem to inclined to help the customer.

The long on hold times, lack of English speaking representatives, and getting the correct answer to issues led me to not recomment this company.
