How hard is it to assemble the Total Gym 1500?

The Total Gym 1500 comes with full easy to understand assembly instructions however it is difficult to assemble by yourself. It is much easier if you have an extra set of hands so ask a friend or loved one to assist you.

I wouldn't say that it is hard to assemble a Total Gym. However, it does take a good chunk of time. Make sure to read the instructions well. If you have a friend to help you that would be ideal. It goes much fast with two people working to assemble it.

It is not that hard to assemble the Total Gym 1500. I have one at my house and it took my friend and I about 15 minutes to assemble. There are clear instructions that come with it and are easy to follow.
