How does your gall bladder get diseased?

It seems like it happens too easily.

The gall bladder stores bile which it releases after meals to help digest fats. Stones can form in the gall bladder. Eventually, one of these stones may move to block the duct or opening through which the bile passes. Unable to release the stored bile, the gall bladder is inflamed and the disease process begins.

The most common causes of gall bladder disease are cholelithiasis (also known as gall stones) and Cholecystitis, which is infection/inflammation of the gall bladder.
