Quality control will ensure recipes meet foodservice standards by making sure that each location and individual follows the same instructions. They will ensure that the ingredients are the same, the measurements are the same and the same supplier of ingredients. Then, there won't be any questions about standards.

The main thing it shows it that you care about the standards that are set down by the governing company. If you are being very careful about what you put in it, then it shows that you care.
