This is not divorce. This process is called emancipation. You will need to contact a lawyer and give proof of being able to manage your own affairs and earn an income, as well as reasons to be away from your father.

You need to get a lawyer. You might be able to find one who will work pro bono (without fees) in your case. You must prove to the judge that you have a good reason.

You cannot divorce your dad. When you turn 18, you will be consider to be legally an adult. Before then you will have to be emancipated, or declared by the court.

You can try to become an emancipated minor by petitioning the court and filling out and turning in the proper paperwork, which you can get at the clerk's office. In order for a minor to be emancipated, they have to prove that they can take care of themselves by having a job and a place to live.

This law would be known as emancipation of a minor. You would have to prove there is reasonable cause for you to live on your own.

You can't legally divorce your father. As a minor, you would file for emancipation. You need to consult an attorney to find out the requirements for your state.
