You treat an ant bite the same way you treat most insect bites. Of course, a topical cortisone cream will probably help reduce inflammation and itching. You can also try aloe vera lotion or baking soda, which both will help with the inflammation and itching. Other, cheaper treatments include cucumber, lemon juice, or teabags.

It is much like a mosquito bite. Wash the bite with soap and water to get off any toxins and apply Camphor to the bite. It should calm the itch.

Disinfect the bite first. Then treat the bite with an antibiotic, anti-itch cream you get at the drugstore. That will help kill the itch.
