How do you train dogs to go on pee pads?

I got them, but he won't use them.

When a puppy wakes up, take him immediately to a pee pad and reward him with a treat when he goes. You have to be consistent with this.

Doggie pads are treated with a chemical scent that attract the dog to use the pad, do not yell at the dog this makes them nervous and causes more problems.
