Three way calling is an option on some cell phones, it may be an extra sevice however, that you need to subscribe to.

Yes you can. Sometimes the provider requires you to pay for these things though. If you want to conference you can call one person then using your options button while in the call, it usually has an option to 'conference' or somehing to that effect, it will put you on the other line, dial other number then push join

Of course you can! Just dial the number of the first person you're calling and hit send and then do the same thing with the second person's number.

It depends on your phone. Every phone is different. Typically what you would do is put the caller on hold then click the option button, there should be an option to do a conference call. Then just do what the phone prompts you to do.

Cell phones are cable of 3-way calling just like regular phones. However most providers do not provide the 3-way calling feature. The only way to do 3-way calling on a cell phone is to call someone who has 3-way or conferencing on a regular phone.

While on the initial call dial the number of the second person and press send. The initial person is one hold, when the second person answer press send again

While on a call select the option to make a "new call". Dial the number, wait for the ring and the choose the option to link calls.
