You can submit jokes to shows by going to various show web sites and looking for a page or a link that allows people to submit materials. Make sure you copyright.

You would have to make appointments to the television stations and produce some ideas for the writers. You will have to get in front of a group of exec. So I would get familiar with getting up to large crowds since that what you have to do in order to sell the jokes.
