The language spoken in Mexico is Spanish, there is no such thing as "Mexican language". So, "Happy Birthday" in Spanish is: "Feliz Cumpleaños". Another sentence used in that occasion could be: "Wishing you many happy returns of the day" which is translated to: "deseándole muchas vueltas felices del día". Hope it helps.

Mexican is a very complex language and i guess your neighbour would like to hear the words Feliz Cumpleanos from you which means happy birthday or many happy returns of the day, you neighbou should be happy enough to hear these words in the morning Feliz Cumpleanos which is happy birthday for Mexican.

"Happy Birthday" in spanish translates to "Feliz Cumpleanios" and it's pronounced "Fah-lees Cuhm-pleh-ahneons," the word "Feliz" means happy, and the word "Cumpleanions" means birthday. If you want to tell you neighbor "Happy birthday neighbor" then you must say "Feliz Cumpleanions vecina! " and it's pronounced "Fah-LEES Cuhm-pleh-ahneons Vah-C-nuh! " The word "Vecina" means female neighbor, and for a guy "Vecino".
