If you are asking how to reset the picture mode settings then you would need to press menu on your remote and select restore to factory settings

To reset your Toshiba television back to factory default settings, consult your manual or unplug the television. Let it stay unplugged 10-15 minutes.

Many televisions have different features. You should refer to your owners manual for your specific model. Usually there is a reset button on the back or side of the television that you push to reset it. If that does not work, try unplugging it for a while, and then plug back in and reset.

Use the remote, push home, and select the option return to factory settings. Turn the television off for 15 seconds, then, check if the reset has succeeded. Should this fail, check the manual for further information. Assuming you wish to reset the V-chip, youtube has a video called Resetting V-chip on Toshiba TV's (sic) that should solve the problem.

I say unplug the set and then plug it back in after a few minutes. If you're trying to purge the set of all the adjustments you've made over time, push the home button the remote and hit the restore to factory settings option.

I have a similiar problem also, I turned off my TV using the remote. Now it powers on using the remote, but with no picture or sound. The Power light is lit on front of the TV. Can find the reset or low voltage circuit breaker. Any ideas?
