Strip off the seals from the window. Take some caulk and redo the entire seal and then let it dry. A cheaper way to do it is to get a roll of tape, and tape it around the edges of the window. You can get that tape at most hardware stores.

You could ask someone to fix it for you or do it yourself by using a ply bar, new glass, a screw driver and other tools and follow the instructions using internet websites. Most sites have detailed descriptions on how to repair the seals on windows in your home and are quite good.

There are a variety of sealants available at your local hardware store. Some are like a roll of tape that you trace along the edges of the window.

You would have to rip the window up and completely re-do the seal. I think it would be easier just to buy a new window.

First of all, strip off all the old seals. Make sure you get all of the seal or the new seal won't work proberly. Then take some caulk in a caulking gun and redo the seal in caulk. Let it dry, and if you did it correctly, you should have a perfect seal.

If you are talking about the seal of the window and condensation is building up between the glass, typically, it cannot be repaired and the glass has to be replaced.
