Well the easiest way to drain the tank is to pull the fuel lines and put it into a catch can. If you have a fuel injected car you might have to siphon it out of the fill tube. You can clear the rest of the line by running the car till it dies with the fuel pump deactivated.

There is a plug located on the bottom of the gas tank that will allow you to drain the fuel easily. However, from about the mid 80's car companies started installing a heavy gauge plastic cover around the whole gas tank. This will need to be removed first before you can see the plug.

it is very simple you should get a empty gallon and get a transparent hose pipe of half inches diameter and put it into fuel tank through fuel cap side then suck it by mouth when the fuel is coming up then instant put in to empty gallon.

You will need to take it in to have it checked. You shouldn't do it yourself. Have someone that knows what they are doing. Or go get a manual to find out how, tell them the make and model of the car. The store will sale you a manual for the car.
