If you spray hairspray on the ink spot and rinse as you go over the sink the ink will come out.

Saturate the ink stains with hairspray and blot with a clean cloth or cotton ball. If any ink remains, use a cotton ball dipped in alcohol to blot the stain.

First of all it may not even come out of the shirt. But there are some things that you can try like bleach if the shirt is white, was the shirt in cold water and use shout.

Before putting the shirt into the washing machine, place a little rubbing alcohol onto the stain, wait about five minutes, and rinse it with cold water. If the stain easily comes out, toss it in the washer. If it doesn't, then let the alcohol sit a bit longer. Do not use heat, warm water, or the dryer until gone.

There is a product called Goo Gone that usually works for this kind of spill or stain. Put a little on a test area, let it sit for a few minutes, and then dab (do not rub! ) the ink off of the shirt. Repeat this as many times as necessary.
