Goats with bloating have a medical emergency and should go to a large animal vet. Most commonly this would be 'hardware sickness' treated with a swallowed magnet.

Bloating in a goat can be treated with offering baking soda. The goats will eat what is needed and it can be left out for them free choice to prevent bloat. If the goat will not take the baking soda on it's own, mix with water and drench.

You should take it to the vet to makes sure that it is not a problem with the stomach that can be life threatening and can be fatal to the animal.

The bloating should go away with eating hay or something of the type. It will not last for a long time, and if it does, take it to the vet.
