How do you perform a 2.9 engine valve adjustment?

This is not an easy task. I would not suggest doing it at home. You should get a licensed mechanic to perform this.

You should take it to the garage and have them do it unless you are a mechanic it takes a ton of expenxive tools and a great deal of kowledge so that nothing gets messed up in the process.

Adjust valves at rocker nuts until all noise (clatter goes away then turn each adjuster 1/4 turn at a time. Allow the engine to recover as it will run a bit rough. Then turn again until the adjuster has turned a full 360 degrees or one turn and this should adjust it.

First check the old valve and then some small error are occure only adjus the valve otherwise change the 2. 9 engine valve so carefully check the valve and then remove engine valve then put to the some adjustment of valve then push to the valve in purticular place of engine.

If your engine is with hydraulic lifters,you should never try to adjust. If you do not have correct oil pressure it may cause severe damage to the engine
