Well that means you need to setup a wireless network. You will need a wireless adapter for each pc if one isn't already installed. The just set everything up.

Use a wireless router, and install wireless cards into the three desktops. The laptop should already have wireless capability. You can now have a total wireless network.

You need a wireless router and four wireless network cards. Most laptops come with wireless already installed and some desktops come with it already installed also. You will need to know whether or not your computers already have wireless cards installed or not.

You'll need to install wireless cards in all PC's (except the laptop which probably already has wireless). You'll need a wireless router as well, to set up a wireless network.
