Voltage is measured in "volts'. Amps is for current and watts are for electrical power. You can use a volt reader to determine the voltage.

Voltage is measured in the unit of Volts symbolized by a V. Typically voltage is measure using a digital multi - meter or a volt meter. Voltage may also be measure using an analog meter as well. Amps is a measurement of current and Watts is a measurement of heat or work being done.
