How do you make peach wine?

Surely you don't stomp on peaches.

You extract the juice from the peach and add the adequate yeasts to the juice to create fermentation. Allow the fermentation to convert the sugars into alcohol. If you do not mind a cloudy wine, you can skip the clearing the liquid from sediments.

You allow the yeasts to break down the sugars on the fruit into alcohol. You then stabilize the wine as there is not sufficient acidity to keep the wine as is the case with grap wines. Drink this wine young.
