Cut the soft undershell of the tail up the middle. Cut into the meat to butterfly it. Skewer the meat to keep it flat. Put butter and seasonings into the opening. Wrap tails in foil. Grill on Med-Hi for 10 min, turning occasionally. Let cool 5 min before serving. Enjoy!

Select 12 firm fresh lobster tails. Create a flavorful basting sauce with butter, 1/4 cup white wine, a pinch of onion or garlic powder, and the juice of 1 lemon. Grill under an open flame, basting frequently, for about 6 minutes, or until lightly browned. Enjoy! Serves 4 people.

Shop for FRESH lobster tails. Preheat grill to 400F. In pan melt butter with 3 cloves of garlic. Brush lobster with butter and place on grill. Turn & brush again. Be careful to grill until pink and no more. If you do it will be overcooked. Dip in more garlic butter and enjoy!

In order to make grilled lobster tail, you will first need to buy a lobster fresh from the store. You need to boil the whole lobster, split the tail down the middle, and then put it on the grill.
