To make alfredo sauce, simply add one cup of grated parmesian cheese to one stick of butter, one half cup of milk, and salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Heat the sauce ingredients in the microwave until the butter is melted and stir to combine. Add in or pour over cooked chicken and pasta to serve.

Chicken Alfredo is easy. You toss al dente fettuccine with grilled or roasted chicken and alfredo sauce. You can either use store bought sauce or make your own by sauteing a clove of minced garlic with 1 tablespoon each butter and olive oil, then adding 2 cups of heavy cream and 1/2 cup each of grated Parmigiano and Romano cheeses.

First you preheat your oven at 350 degrees and bake about seven to eight seasoned boneless chicken breasts for about twenty minutes. After the chicken is finished baking, let cool and cut into one-inch chunks. To make the sauce, combine a cup of heavy cream, butter, nutmeg and Parmesan cheese.
