If you want white hydrangea, you will have to buy a white hydrangea plant. You cannot convert a pink or blue hydrangea to a white one by soil manipulation.
a good idea would be to transplant the hydrangea to a different place and in a different soil. it will change its colour in a rather long period of time as they adapt to the new conditions
