In case of complaints for endowment mortgage, initially lodge a complaint to the firm that sold the endowment policy. If the matter does not resolve, then a complaint form will need to be filled. Any queries can be checked at customer care numbers of the firm selling the policy.

If I had a complaint about my mortgage I would contact my Insurance/mortage advisor and explain that I was not informed of certain specifics regarding the endowment policy that I have and mention the problems that I am having and ask how they are going to remedy the situation and handle my complaint. This I would want in writing.

I would call the company that you set it up through and ask to talk to a manager and tell them how you feel about it.
