How do you lose your stomach fat after a pregnancy?

Stomach fat from pregnancy is quite possibly the hardest fat to lose, so it requires long term commitment and hard work. Higher intensity cardio (30 min. minimum workouts like; running, biking, swimming etc.) paired with a nutritious low-fat diet (high in vegetables, fruits and lean proteins) will help you achieve total body health including an improvement in the abdominal region.
