Rabbits that do not poop or eat my have an upset stomach. If they are producing waste and it is runny his stomach is upset. Sick rabbitts will be unsocial. Take the rabbit to the vet and feed lots of hay and greens and provide plenty of fresh water.

Rabbits with an upset stomach will often vomit or have watery stools. They may also not display interest in eating, and drink more water than usual. An ill rabbit may also not be as social as usual.

Rabbits are physically unable to vomit, so that doesn`t really apply here.  add a comment

It will probably be more lethargic and less energetic than usual. It's stool might be different, it might cough up food, and it might appear less happy than it normally does.

The things to look for to see if a rabbit has an upset stomach, is diarrhea and if there is a change in appetite. If the rabbit does not eat, and is not defecating also known as excreting waste. If these symptoms are present, take your rabbit to the vet right away.
