The best way is to wash your floor with bleach on a regular basis. But you should also by a sealer and coat the grout to prevent future stains, this also makes cleaning easier.

Since most grout problems are due to mildew, spray then down with rubbing alcohol which kills mildew. Be careful when using this technique with small children around. You could also use vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, or bleach mixed with water (1:1). Many steam cleaners these days have grout and tile attachments.

You can scrub it with toothpaste, and a toothbrush, you can also use bleach. Hairspray might also work. You could scrub it with limeaway, or pinesol. You might even be able to scrub it with steel wool.
