How do you interpret your SAT II scoring?

It's really confusing. There are 3 of them.

SAT scores grade math, writing and critical thinking. Different schools have different SAT admission ranges. If a school shows Writing as 490/600. 490 would be the low 25% of enrolled students and 600 would be the upper 75% enrolled. Your score gives you an idea of your fit.

The score for an SAT II is given from a range of 200-800. (It is the same as a score for any section of the SAT I. ) The average score varies by subject and year to year, but a score of 600 or above is considered good, and a score of 700 or above is considered competitive.
