I know living here in the south we have gotten them before. A friend told me that tea tree oil would work really well. It does not cost alot and I normally get at my local health food store. You put the drops right on the area where the scabies are. It is alomost natural to use.

They are commonly treated with the use of medicated creams and 5% permethrin cream is probably the most common. In severe cases an oral medication may be prescribed.

The most effective way is to go to your local Pharmacy or Chemist and purchase an over-the-counter product like RID. In addition to treating them on him, you must also treat his bedding and stuffed toys. Wash them in very hot water and dry them extra long in the clothes dryer.

Go and get some sulfur soap and wash my body in it real good and that will take care of the bugs and all. Also clothes and bed linens.

Go to the pharmacy and ask for a product with podophylin. Apply to the skin as directed on the bottle. Any fibrous article needs to be placed in a bag, sealed, and left for two weeks, which kills the residual mites.
