First, squeezing is not recommended for their removal because it can cause infection. What you need is an over the counter cream especially for this treatment. They won't go away over night, but it is the safest way. If you are troubled by them it might be a good idea to see a dermatologist.

Use a scrubgel. Take a shower and use the scrub gel on your chest. Use a clean towel to scrub your chest. Do not scrub it too long or hard, otherwise you will hurt your skin. Repeat this procedure three times a week. It should be over after a couple of weeks.

The way of cleansing your face of white heads, is by using a facial cleanser. Otherwise, the majority of the time is by eating healthy and will not cause this.

The only way you can get rid of these pesky things is to go and see a dermatologist. Over the counter creams don't work.
