If you have health insurance, you should check that. If you don't, most communities have mental health services that charge on a sliding scale.

Many cities have free clinics in the area. There is probably testing you can get to determine if you actually are bi-polar. I would get there early, it fills up pretty fast.

If you think you are bi-polar, seek help with family and friends. You can join support groups like National Depressive and Manic Depressive Association or the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill.

You can find out about programs that the nihm may be offering in your state. Also, if you are a high school student speak to your counselor.
