Look for those in your community who have supported other art programs, ask local artist who buys there works, go to local art galleries and inquire there. Having a event to introduce your group to the community can help you identify key supporters as well.

Visit local galleries and see if you can advertise or get contacts from them, or may even be patrons themselves. Also try visiting doctor or law offices they usually feature local artists.
