You must first give the person a 14 day notice to quit. Followed by a 30 day notice. If this person is dangerous just get a restraining order.

The first step is to file at your local court house for eviction. You will be given a date to see the judge who will issue the eviction notice eventually.

Varies by city but usually this is how it goes. You go to court house get the papers to file an eviction. Then you give it in writing 30 day notice, have the sheriff deliver notice to the person. You go to the hearing and then tell the judge reason. Then they have another 30 days and you are done.
