How do you draw antique maps?

I want to create maps of fantasy locations that look like they are antique documents.

Get yourself some parchment paper and a fountain pen. Draw the map as your imagination leads you. Tear the edges of your map to give it that worn and handled look. To age your map, fill a shallow pan with cooled tea and quickly run the map thru it. No need to soak it. Lay flat to dry. Instant age.

Use a brown paper bag for that crinkle effect . If you are trying to make the map look tattered, burn the edges of the map or give it that distressed look, with a few holes, gashes and tears hear and there.

First print a map on white paper and fill in all the fantasy locations. Then purchase antique looking paper and transfer the map and fantasy locations onto it. Best to take it to Kinkos.
