If your scoliosis is serious enough, then they will perform a surgical procedure where they need to cut you open from the back and put rods along your spine to straighten the spine. This is a very dangerous procedure and is generally not recommended.

Actually the surgery would be more dangerous than the condition. If mild, a backbrace can give the spine support. Exercise everyday will help. Some people swear yoga helps.

There is no "cure" per say for spinal scoliosis. This is a curvature of the spine itself and being that it is so vital to your body, there is no safe way to realign it.

There are varying degrees of spinal scoliosis. Commonly people suffer from minor scoliosis that requires no intervention and they can lead a healthy and productive life. In more serious cases surgical correction with the insertion of rods into the spine will align the spine to be more functional. Spinal surgery comes with considerable risks.
