You change them as you would any other car. However the back ones may be a bit tricky to get at. You will probably need a very short extension.

Changing the spark plugs in any vehicle is a simple procedure; find the spark plug wires and follow them to the engine block from the distributor or coils. Remove the boot from the plug, and use a deep-well socket with a short extension to remove and replace the plugs.

First start by marking your plug wires so you know which ones go where. Then remove the plug wires. Using a spark plug socket break the plugs free carefully as to not break the plug off. Then gap and install the new plug with a dab of anti-seize. Install the plug wire and repeat for the other cylinders.

Remove the spark plug wires, using a 5/8 inch socket remove one spark plug at a time and exchange the old the new one. Replace wires to correct spot.

The best thing to do is pull the wires off and pull the plugs out. Gap your new plugs and re-install to about 35 foot pounds.
