How do you build muscle without weights?

I don't want to lift weights.

You can build muscles doing other exercises that do not use weights. Doing pushups is a great way to build muscles in the arms and chest. Doing pullups on a horizontal bar is a very good way to build muscles in the arms and shoulders. Running up stairs builds muscles in the legs.

You can do this by doing exercises such as crunches or squats. It is also achievable through jogging or playing a sport. I also highly recommend yoga or pilates. Swimming is also a good way to build muscle, as is rock climbing.
