I use commercial products such as "Pergo Laminate and Hard Surface Cleaner" or "Zep Hardwood and Laminate floor Cleaner" both purchased at Home Depot. Both are sprays. Follow the instructions given on the container. Don't make the mistake of using water. I did and warped the laminate at the seams in a couple of places.

Laminate floors should be swept first, then can be mopped with a solution of two cups of vinegar to one gallon of water.

Use is the vinegar and water as recommended by the manufacturer. Microfiber pads work well without the need to use liquid.

Sweep the floor with a broom and then mix vinegar and hot water together and mop it like you would any normal floor.

I have laminate flooring also and purchased a steam with microfiber pad. It does a wonderful job cleaning my laminate flooring.
