How do I troubleshoot download problems for AOL's AIM?

Check to see if your internet is working by going on another website. Also, see if the web browsers settings allow for *.exe programs to be downloaded.

AIM always seems to have problems and that's why they are always making new versions of it. honestly there is no real was of troubleshooting it, best course of action would be to re-download it, or see if there are new versions of it.

from which website you are downloading ? and do you use its full version or updating ? i think the link is wrong and its all the problem try downloading it from different source

If you are having downloading problems with your AOL mail then you will need to first close out your browser. Then you should restart the browser and try loading the mail again.
