How do I treat an ingrown hair in my breast?

I have an ingrown hair on my breast.

I would seek medical advice. Playing with, squeezing or picking the ingrown hair can result in an infection. Then, too, pimple-like purplish bumps may result. Your medical background should be considered because individuals with a family history of cancer and/or cysts may be a factor.

Don't try to squeeze out an ingrown hair on the breast. Use compresses of warm sea salt water to draw the hair out. Apply neosporin and use bandaids to avoid rubbing from clothing. If you feel a lump underneath it, see a doctor as there may be a cyst.
