Requirements vary, so the best thing to do is check with the appropriate local government agency for the list of documents and permits that you will need. Of course, you will need a vehicle. Check with your licensing agency for car requirements. You'll need a garage to store your taxis. A taxi hotline, dependable drivers and insurance must be considered.

First you should figure out who would want to ride a taxi. You may not need a car, you can always have a horse and a carriage.

I supose you have a car. Make one table with your company name, buy radio equipment for calls, also taximetter and start with your own business. Also find some other drivers because its a little "bad" company to have just one car.
