The best thing to do to show a girl that you like her is to pay attention to her and show that you listen. You could also get her some flowers/candy if you want to go the more traditional route in winning her affection. Or pick out something you know she loves doing and surprise her!

Start with telling her. Igf you are too shy, then she will not care anyway, but you could also buy her a gift or just do nice things for her.
