How do I repair the side tanks on a radiator?

The condensate tanks on the side of the radiator are not complicated. You can cut one in half and see how it's built. A new one can be constructed from copper pipe, but you will find that it's cheaper to purchase a new condensate tank than to build one, unless you have access to large copper pipe and fittings.

If you need to repair these side tanks then you will need to first remove all of the screws from it.
