How do I repair a leaking outdoor faucet?

My outdoor faucet is leaking and the leak appears to be behind the wall, I need to repair it but do not want to do damage to my brick.

First turn off the water,take off the nozzle from the outside of the house. Pull the pipe into the basement and repair leak, run pipe back outside and set nozzle.

Outdoor faucets can be very difficult to repair. Be sure to shut the water from inside the house then losen the vavle bonet and remove the vavle stem to access the washer. losen the washer and replace it reassemble the vavle stem and its complete.

Remove handle. Loosen center screw with screwdriver. Remove packing nut under handle. Turn counterclockwise. Take out stem washer off, replace it. Grease stem end. Reinstall stem, packing nut, handle.
