After this rose reaches its second or third season, remove dead wood during spring. After that time period it's recommended you prune shortly after flowering. This rose requires low maintenance pruning compared to other roses. Easy to grow, they can reach 8' easily and can be trained to climb. These are some of the easiest roses to grow.

There is no easy way to accomplish this without being either a trained or skill botanist. There are so many different varieties of this plant type there is no Generic-Way.

During the first two years of its life the only pruning you need to do is to remove dead wood and dead flowers, doing this while the plant is dormant. Guiding the canes to grow horizontally produces more flowering and trimming shorter stems in spring produces more flowers.

Pruning stimulates growth. Better done in spring or summer than in winter. Blooming canes,6 to 7-feet canes and main cane should be cut to the ground level, cut diseased parts.

You do it in the spring and when you do clip off only the brown ends don't cut anything green.

Climbers(climbing roses)have long stems and grow taller. plant pieces can be tied with twist ties. periodically We have to trim climbing roses when they get taller than six or seven feet tall.

You can use a tall stick, and put the rose on it. Make sure it'a a solid stick and your rose will grow nice
