Prayers for exorcism can be found in Orthodox or Catholic prayer books. It requires the use of Holy Water, sanctified by a priest on Theophany. It must be performed by ordained priests. It is very dangerous to do yourself (it will get 40 times worse, according to scripture).

There is no such thing as possession,since there is no such thing as a demon. You friend might have a mental health issue, a chemical imbalance or substance abuse problem. What you should do is talk to your friend and get him medical help. Demonic possession is not real and never was.
